These terms cover this website. Using the NAVYAX application itself is covered by the written agreement between us and your company; where the two differ, that agreement wins.

What this site is

A description of a product, written to be accurate on the day it was published. Where something is still being built we say so on the page and mark it. Nothing here is a contract, a quote, or a commitment to a delivery date, and the roadmap is a statement of intent rather than a promise.

Booking a demo

Sending the form starts a conversation and nothing more. It creates no account, no obligation and no charge, for either of us.

Availability

We will keep this site up and we may change or remove any of it without notice. It is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for losses arising from relying on this website alone — which is a good reason to ask us to demonstrate anything here that matters to your decision. We will.

Our name and marks

The NAVYAX name, the mark and the wording on this site belong to us. You are welcome to quote or link to the site; please do not present it as your own or use the mark in a way that suggests we endorse something we have not seen.

Where we link somewhere else, we do not control what is at the other end and are not responsible for it.
