This page is about this website — navyax.com. If you are a customer, what happens to the data inside the NAVYAX application is governed by the agreement we signed with your company, not by this page.

What we collect

Only what you type into the demo form: your name, your company, your work email address, the fleet size you picked, and the message if you wrote one. We use it to reply to you. There is no mailing list to be added to and we do not sell, rent or share it.

What we count

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views, so we know which parts of this page people actually read. It sets no cookies and does not follow you to other websites. It records the page, the referring site, and coarse details like country, browser and device type, and it derives a temporary identifier from your request so one visit is not counted twice; that identifier is not stored beyond the day and is not linked to you.

What we do not do

No advertising, no social tracking pixels, no cross-site profiling, and nothing sold or shared with anyone. The typefaces are served from our own domain rather than from Google, so loading the page does not tell anyone else that you visited it. The analytics script is served from this domain too, not from a third party’s.

Who else touches it

Two companies. Vercel hosts the site and, as any web host does, records requests — IP address, time, page, browser — to deliver pages and to defend against abuse; Vercel also runs the page-view counting described above. Resend transmits the demo-request email from our server to our inbox. Neither uses your details for anything else on our behalf, and neither sells them.

How long we keep it

A demo request lives in our email like any other message. If you ask us to delete it, we delete it, and we do not keep a copy elsewhere to be tidy about it.

Asking us anything

Email hello@navyax.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. A person reads that address. Depending on where you live you may have a legal right to make those requests; we will honor them either way, because the alternative is keeping data from someone who asked us not to.

Children

This is a product sold to trucking companies. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.

Changes
